BIO
I was born in Ekaterinburg, Russia 1975
1991 Attended "Basic" computer programming Workshop for 6 months At
The Ekaterinburg Pedagocical College and started experimenting with
Fractal Art, won student Computer Art contest.
1996 Graduated Russian State Accademy of Physical Education.
1996 Came to The U.S. as a Professional Ice Skater and toured in many
high profile Ice Skating Shows and TV Specials including: Disney, 20th
Century FOX, MGM Grand, NY-NY Las Vegas, Part of Production Team in
2002 Olympic Opening Ceremonies...
Starting in 1994 parallel to my figure skating career I began studying
computer graphics with great motivation and started producing 2D images
using photoshop, several galleries in The USA, Canada, Mexico and Russia
exhibited my artwork.
In 2002 a few of my favorite images were featured in "EFX Art and Design"
magazine, as well as several other publications.
In 2003 I started working as a producer on the project- "Light Morph
Theater" an innovative Roller Dance company, Sci-Fi style 3D projections
were a big part of the shows, I invited very knowledgeable 3D artists
to work with me, as a result I was introduced to Maya and got a chance
to learn from Professionals. The projections were used by Radisson Hotels
and The Tropicana Casino.
2004-2005 I worked on Ancient Mayan Artifacts 3D reproductions - as
a Lighting and Texturing specialist, Travel Easy Mexico SA DE CV, Riviera
Maya, Mexico
2006 to present working as a modeler and animator as well as FX
artist, for Vector Max corporation in Jersey City NJ.
2007 produced animated projections for "Fantasy On Ice" show featured
in the Marion Cultural and Civic Center, Illinois.
HOBBIES
Laser Holograms, Magnetic Sculptures and non computer generated Kinetic
Art.
